Owner Operator Trish Wilson was born and raised on Vancouver Island. She studied culinary arts at the Vancouver Community College and completed top of her class.

Trish has spent the majority of her 20 year career living, travelling and working in Scotland, France & Ireland. She has recently moved back to Canada to be closer to her family and is excited at the prospect of providing the people of Prince George and surrounding area exquisite catering options, friendly customer service, fresh healthy menus and a fresh new concept of "eating in".
